G+_Dave Scott
What if? Apple iConsole with iOS 7 giving your apps , games and entertainment life of your TV in a whole new way than you ever could have imagined. Play your favorite games or watch movies and TV shows in brilliant image quality on your television with the Apple iConsole. Apple iConsole is the world's first entertainment console where you from the first moment can enjoy your games, movies and music without complicated settings. Via iCloud you can access all your entertainment in 1080p and up to 4K Ultra HD using Apple's powerful A8 chip with 64-bit architecture . Play up to four players per television with the new AirControl which has built-in gyro with three axes accelerometer and camera. Of course you can use your iPhone or iPad as a game controller. Never has it been so easy to be the center of entertainment. Height: 28 mm Diameter: 159.5 mm Weight: 239 g Well, what if this had been true? If Apple had come out with a video game and entertainment console the company would become the world's largest console manufacturers overnight. What other console manufacturers could have thousands of games available on launch day? Would a console with iOS have room in your home?

G+_Fredrik Marklund
Sorry Ken F for my thoughts and I now realized that I am in the wrong forum to discuss Apple. I will take my shit for brains elsewhere but Twit.
G+_Phillip “Molly” Malone
Well, it's a race between Apple and Google to work out how to make this work! The stumbling block is the content providers that I don't know if there interested in allowing this!
G+_Steve Huffer
It's strange that they didn't do this two years ago.
G+_David Rodriquez
I really dislike cell phone games on a TV. They can already tell from good example of Ouya not doing so well. It basically boils down to this: why would I want to play angry birds on a big screen if that means I still have to use my phone or mouse as a controller anyway? I might as well just use and play on my phone. Getting your apps over it a nice thought, but if the price tag were too expensive (I'm guessing 150 to 200 to be conservative, but Merely a guess) they might cut in to their iPad family business or MacMini. G+_Jeremiah Burns
Not if the games it offered were limited to the sort I can buy in iTunes.
G+_Matt Yearian
Profit margin too low for apple to care. Also this isn't terribly innovative or surprising, in fact it's kinda boring.

G+_Steve Huffer
I reckon they could release it at the same price as the existing Apple TV. I suppose you'd want more than 8GB, but the component stream is there already.
