This is specifically for round 140mm fans like this Noctua NF-P14r. They are very quiet and have higher static pressure than 120mm fans of the same airflow (this one is ~80cfm). These are usually <$17 each and have a 6-year warranty

it uses a slightly smaller inside diameter than the fan shroud to ensure you can get a good seal (with silicone or similar).

I printed all of these at .3mm layer height with 20% hex infill on my XYZ davinci 1.0 Pro with Hatchbox black ABS filament. You can see the 9mm 'brim' on the first layer that helps keep it from lifting off.
