So, if I wanted to build a quad that I could mount a gopro-style device (miniature camera) on, what is the smallest/cheapest build that I can get away with?  Would the "inexpensive 230" build you spec'd out in the most recent show notes cut it?  Basically I'm trying to put together something that I can use to take some aerial photos/videos with, better quality wise than the Swann, but I don't need anything fancy either, and I'm trying to get this done on a budget (otherwise I would just go buy a DJI)  Also would I need to specifically look for some kind of frame specially built for mounting things onto?  Any recommendations?  Thanks!

You can do a 230 with a dirty/clean plate and enough power to lift either a GoPro or a Mobius camera in addition to FPV gear --- all for about $150 + radio/battery/charger.
