G+_Daniel J Brieck Jr
Ya apple should totally do a rebranding again. The current MacBook Air line should be called MacBook. And this new thin and light overpriced should be called the new MacBook Air, what were they thinking at Apple?

G+_Eng. Jorge Santana
lol this is the future of Apple laptops but like the MacBook Air it will take 2-3 generations for the power to be there. I mean that light, no fan, etc.. Really is the future of laptops but the chipset will take time to have decent power.
G+_Daniel J Brieck Jr
Sure its the future, its just the name its called now is crap! MacBook was always the affordable bottom of the barrel Mac Laptop, this thing should have a proper name. I would say it make perfect sense being called a MacBook Air. G+_Randy Hudson
The Macbook had generally been the bottom of the line for Apple notebooks, so I don't expect a lot in terms of performance. But the pricing doesn't support that.
G+_David Pick
Microsoft seems to hemorage money with their Surface tablets. Apple now is trying to reverse the trend of other manufacturers and not race to the bottom in price of their low end laptop. Apple certainly has the money to loose if this new MacBook Air doesn't sell.
