Know How should build a BB8.  It's got 4 motors, sensors and control circuity that's basically the same as a quadcopter that never leaves the ground and you can make the parts on a 3D printer.  Fr. R. would love it!

Now that you can make the parts for a robot on a 3D printer I guess it's just a matter of time before the robots learn to operate the 3D printers then it will be the end for all of us!
