I tried http://209.151.99.99/twit/live/low in VLC but it doesn't work! It was hard to see on the screen, did I miss a step?

Oops, it's actually http://209.131.99.99/twit/live/low or http://bglive-a.bitgravity.com/twit/live/low as listed in the twit wiki.
