G+_Rud Dog
Still doing the research but thought I would reach out to the KH community for some help. I have the original Acer predator desktop computer and would like to add a second monitor. First off don't know if the stock card which come with the predator will handle dual monitors even though it has multiple display outputs. Secondly if the stock card will not handle dual displays what Nvida card will do the job on the lower end of price and upper end of performance. The screens are 34um95-P from LG. G+_Ben Reese
I have no doubt that the stock card will handle dual displays. I'm using an 8 year old graphics card and running 2 displays with no issues. Most laptops also support dual display. The Intel integrated graphics processor supports multiple displays.... G+_Ben Reese
Oh, pssshhh... Yeah. Dual-display on that would be a piece of cake. Actually, I looked up the spec sheet and it looks like it should support up to 4 displays: http://www.geforce.com/hardware/desktop-gpus/geforce-gtx-760/specifications

G+_Cody Kochmann
Yeah dude, I've run a dual 1080p@60fps display on a 2001 Dell Inspiron mini netbook smoothly without any upgrades. The only tweak there was I had it running stock Debian which is good at not having the extra crap other OS's like to add. If you're having issues with dual displays, it's the OS. Even the worst hardware can do dual display smoothly.
