Okay it did not cross-post that last post so here is an updated guide with a better method!

First, if you don't want your community posts shared to your other profiles, follow these steps:

1. While on Google+, Go to the menu on the left and click "Settings"

2. Scroll Down to the "Profile" section

3. Uncheck this box: Show your Google+ communities posts on the Posts tab of your Google+ profile.

I found a new method that works better than IFTTT and RSS Graffiti. With HootSuite you can add your Facebook, Twitter, Google+ Page, LinkedIn, and Wordpress making this workable for even more social networks than before!

1. Go to hootsuite.com and signup.

2. Add your accounts you want to cross-post to.

3. Go to the sidebar on the left and click settings then RSS/Atom

4. Click the Plus button

5. Paste in the Feed URL which you can generate at gplusrss.com

6. Select one of your social networks.

7. Change it to check for posts every hour and 5 posts at a time.

8. Rest of the settings are optional.

9. Click Save Feed and Repeat for the rest of your social networks.

HootSuite will do everything in the background and you won't have to do anything but post normally to Google+! You don't even have to ever visit HootSuite ever again!
