G+_Eng. Jorge Santana
One part of the discussion I have not seen much about is how it will impact US companies sales to allow this kind of exploit. After NSA info leak a lot of tech business outside the U.S. Was in peril.
G+_Randy Hudson
Why does anyone watch this shit, and bother to discuss it. You can't cure stupid.
G+_Ronald Stepp
Fox News this morning, (yeah dont ask) they were going on about Apple "refusing" to unlock the iphone even though they did it at least 70 times since 2008... on iOS 7 phones... facepalm... ios7 is not ios9 and how about you tell us how many ios9 phones apple unlocked "in less than a day." G+_Larry Havenstein
its not iOS but the hardware level in question. Modern iPhones are designed to lose the encryption key (private key) in the hardware if they are tampered with. At that point the data is worthless. You basicly just have a blank phone. Those functions are at the hardware level.
G+_Ronald Stepp
Larry Havenstein well they were primarily implemented in ios9... along with the custom chips Apple builds into their new phones.
G+_Eng. Jorge Santana
So far the news media outlets have not bother to inform or ask technology reporters on this discussions.
G+_Larry Havenstein
Normal reporters don't think deeply about tech. That is why they majored in Journalism.
