G+_James Healy
Hi all, has there been a Security Now session during the Live-New-Year's-24-hour-marathon? Is/will there be a recording available and could someone point me there, if there is one? Thanks, and a (belated) happy new year to all of you! G+_Elizabeth Whitmire
There were no Wednesday shows - the New Year's Eve content just replayed all of New Year's Day.

G+_Sebastian Feiler
Dave Hart cool! Is that online somewhere, did he share a recipe or something?
G+_Dave Hart
Steve has described his method in a number of SN episodes. New Year's Day gave him an opportunity to provide Leo with a taste.
G+_Dave Hart
Steve's coffee recipe basically involves a no 3 (coarse) grind of a Starbucks expresso bean. He's also fussy about his choice of filter & decants into a thermos flask rather than leaving the pot on a hot plate where it will oxidize. The resulting brew is claimed to be exceptionally smooth. G+_Sebastian Feiler
Sounds good, will test that. I haven't yet used the espresso roast to brew filtered coffee. I still would love to see a "this week on coffee" with Steve and Leo... ?
