Can anyone familiar with NodeMCU, SCT-013-030 programmed with Arduino IDE offer some suggestions on how to make this work. Trying to allow the current sensor to settle to close to zero before executing if statements.

maybe change your delay in Setup to 5000 and see if that fixes it? If so, you can back it down to 4000, 3000, etc.

John Sullivan been away for a week and glad to be home. There is something odd how the SCT-013 and the library Emon interact. While the delay is seen it still posts the same results. Even while increasing the delay. Can't seem to figure out how to get the readings to settle out before meaningful data is displayed via com port. Oh thank you for your input.
