I'm going to say they will be defined as a "up to X and Y, but actual results may vary." depending on network layout, your bandwidth may be deteriorating due to many separate factors (modem connection, network backhaul congestion, etc.) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

George Kozi? is it a business or residential connection that you're wanting to discuss? I even know of non-SLA business connections that exist.
