G+_George Kozi Posted January 26, 2014 Share Posted January 26, 2014 Denise Howell It would be interesting to hear the opinion of someone familiar with the law on these questions that inevitably spring to mind: 1) of whom is the final image a representation of, the model, or of the photoshop wizard's imagination? 2) is the final image a photograph, or a cartoon? 3) if the final image is in the model's portfolio, does that amount to fraud?
