G+_Jason Marsh
When you use Send, the link you get is single-use to make sure that only your intended recipient is able to download the file. Imagine sending something to a friend, by posting a Send link in an email. Then they recycle that email and forward to someone else. Do you want any and all recipients to be able to get the file you were sharing privately with your friend? Usually not. It's a useful service, but sharing to multiple recipients is not really what it's meant for. Yet.
G+_Rud Dog
Jason Marsh You can password protect the download. If you need that function they make it available.
