G+_Robert Watson
Swan Quad Force: Don't remember reading this in the directions anywhere, but did you know that if you hold the camera button down without the camera attached the Quad will flip in the direction of input. It loses a lot of altitude afterwards so be ready.
G+_Kia Y
Did not know about the Swan but Syma does the same trick
G+_Robert Watson
Not with the Swan. That was full throttle after flip.
G+_Steven Voller
Neat! I like how the flip is on the axis of the interior rotors, that is a cool effect! The CX-10 will do this but you have to push down on the right joystick, which makes it difficult to control for a moment. The flip is more of a barrel roll which looks pretty cool though too. There is a hack at http://www.itcamefromtheworkshop.com/2014/09/adding-shoulder-buttons-for-mini.html to add buttons to control yaw. I am doing this tonight. Maybe I'll add an additional button to enter flip mode while I'm at it.
