theres many apps you can use to print from an ipad. if you have a Epson printer you can use iprint or apple's own airprint.

twit advertizes a printserver for ios, you put the print in the server, put it on your network and whammo, you've got airprinting and* a netowrk printer that everyone can use

I think G. James Berigan is right. That's the app I used in that video. Alternatively, you can print to a PDF and throw that in your Dropbox. Boom! PDF on your iPad.
