G+_Rudy Vazquez
Yup, cut the cord over 2 yrs ago and never looked back. Only thing I miss is football on ESPN, or NFL channel, that's what the sports bar is for.
G+_Eng. Jorge Santana
I have a mohu leaf antenna for local over the air. MLB.tv app on Xbox one with the year package but the NFL Xbox one app requires cable subscription. So for NBA and NFL I have my PC connected to my home theater ;)
G+_David Harter
I discontinued DirecTV several years ago, when the first Roku unit was released. I have four Roku 2 and one Roku 3 now. I have added a few thousand Private channels. Roku gives me over 5,000 channels. I also have four Chromecast dongles and one digital antenna. I also use several streaming sites via my Chromebook and use Chromecast to cast them to my various Chromecast-enabled systems. Netflix is the only service for which I pay--$7.99 / month. I have never missed something I wished to see.

G+_David Harter
YouTube, local USB, WebCams, etc. Just about anything you can imagine. All that is needed is the access code. Do a Google search for "Roku private channels," and you will find a great many. One of the best is nowhereman.tv This private channel gives one around a thousand channels--ranging from local TV news to NASA--all catagorized and set up nicely. This is a good place to start.
