That varies depending on motherboard, CPU, cooler, etc. It's typically one of those things you experiment with in small changes until something breaks or your system doesn't boot ?

 

Generally, if you don't know what you're doing or don't want to risk breaking something, you don't overclock.

Sorry, I misunderstood your question. From what I'm reading, the "Dynamic VCORE" is for adjusting CPU voltage and "VCORE SOC" is for the SOC (north or south bridge, maybe?)

It seems you can't manually change your CPU voltage directly - only the offset from where it's at by default.
