G+_Stephen Syputa Posted March 24, 2015 Author Share Posted March 24, 2015 Wayne Hobbins Defective device or shorted output cable/load... hard to tell at a distance but if it is simply connected to a USB power supply with nothing connected to either output port the reading should be approximately 5 volts @ 0 amps.
