G+_Benjamin Strand Posted November 11, 2013 Share Posted November 11, 2013 Trying out the ProXPN VPN service but I can't log in with my info on the desktop app. Any suggestions? Both Windows 8 and Mac OS X Mavericks say the log in credentials are invalid. I know I am not typing them wrong because I can log into my ProXPN account on their website. Robert Ballecer, SJ I have a 2012 Nexus 7 and a Sprint Epic 4G Touch and both of them accept my login information but for some reason, my Mac and PC do not. I signed up for a new account (7 day free trial included) and used the TWiT code to get 20% off. I looked at my bank account and there was a charge for the service. I am not sure if they did a "soft" transaction to see if I had the money in my account or what but last I checked, the transaction was pending and my available balance was $60 less. I had to reset my password, uninstall and re-install the software a few times and after letting it sit for a while in frustration,I submitted a ticket request to them about not being able to log into the software and they responded a few minutes ago saying that there was issues with a few accounts on their end but it should be fixed now.
