Can I get some feedback on my parts list? It's my first built although I know how to fly pretty well. 

Can anybody recommend some motors?

I want ability to add GPS and to add GoPro w/gimbal

Well the KK FC doesn't do GPS.

Also, your radio should already come with a receiver, unless you're wanting an extra.

Eddie Foy it's not even capable of adding it on later? Could you suggest a good alternative?

Zachary McIlvoy The CC3D is very flexible and supports GPS plus many other features. I believe it can even control a camera gimbal.

Uses OpenPilot and is very easy to set up.

Zachary McIlvoy Nope, no inputs for the GPS on the KK.  The other one looked like it had GPS support.  (I think I saw a newer version of the KK that had GPS 5.x maybe?  But I could be completely wrong)  I bought a AMP that came with the GPS and other bits and pierces for $68 on ebay inside the usa too)

Any suggestions on motors? That's one part I don't quite understand enough to spec out. I don't need cheap, looking for something kinda nice with plenty of power

The frames you listed won't work with a gimbal and camera like the GoPro.

You need something with landing gear that will give enough clearance to land with the camera and gimbal underneath.

You could start with the DJI F450 and when ready for the gimbal and camera, there are landing skids that can be bolted on.
