G+_Robert Carlos
All I can say it is what took so long for too long the content providers have hitched the unwanted channels to the popular channels wagon and forced the cable/sat to not only pay the carriage fees, but to help prop up the viewer numbers. course the cable/sat haven't really been on the forefront of pushing a la carte themselves so this lawsuit is sort of ripe for consumers to file some sort of suit of their own if cablevision wins given the package tiers we have to pick from are full of channels we don't want. Could this case be the straw that finally brings about A La Carte once and for all? http://multichannel.com/distribution/cablevision-sues-viacom-over-channel-package-deal/141917#sthash.joPFVNhP
