G+_Cole Brodine
It is too bad you aren't using Google. They have a great contacts manager which has a nifty "find and merge duplicates" feature. Maybe you could import your contacts into Google and run its tool on them?

G+_Bruce Segal
Cole Brodine That's what I did. Then turned off my contacts from our Exchange server. At one point I had 30,000+ contacts, winnowed that down to 3200. Between all my various sync services my contacts mushroomed.
G+_Joseph Grigoletti
Google Calendar does all of that.
G+_Sam Zick
When I was in college I couldn't keep track of my gf's class/work schedule, so I set google as the default calendar on her ipod. I remember it took a little tinkering to do, but once I shared calendars between google accounts, it worked flawlessly and I could see her schedule on my ipod!
