Hoping someone can help me with a very unusual network setup.  My internet is being provided via USB Tethering to my android phone (DSL & Cable are not available, but I do get LTE on my phone).  I have a wireless router that have several devices in my house hold that connect to it, mainly to access my Plex Server.  What I would like to do is to share the internet connection from my USB Tethering on my main PC (running Ubuntu) with the other devices that are on my home network. Any and all help is appreciated.

I've done this exact setup using Windows, but you threw in Ubuntu just to mess me up lol. It's definitely possible though and if you look up "Raspberry Pi wireless router" you'll get almost exactly what you want to do. ? I have set that up in Linux before and would expect your setup to be very similar.

There's native support for this setup.

Basically, under Network Manager, add a new network connection, choose Ethernet, then under IPv4 Settings, choose "Shared to other computers". You can change the name if you want, and you're done.

As for the connection using the wireless router, you can either connect the WAN port on the router to the Ethernet port on your PC or you can disable DHCP on the router (or put it into WAP mode if the router has such a setting) and put everything on the LAN side of the router. Which you choose depends on whether you want the PC running Ubuntu to be separated from the rest of your network.

This doesn't help answer your question, but if you're looking to take your phone out of the mix, take a look at these: http://www.tp-link.com/en/products/details/?categoryid=218&model=TL-MR3020. You'll need to get a compatible USB modem (maybe the phone works too??) and the service contract.

I bought one to use for a PirateBox/LibraryBox setup but the intended purpose is a 3G router.

Akira Yamanita This solution is close but only has the ability to share my internet connection with one device connected over a single ethernet cable.  I would need to hook the PC with internet connectivity into a router so that ALL devices on the local network would share the single internet connection.
