I'm looking at buying a 3d printer and I have been do some research for a while now.

I like the da Vinci junior a lot but the only thing about living in Australia is that it's all way to expensive and all the other brands just don't cut the mustard.

There is a printer coming on sale next week but I don't know much about this brand, I have found out that it's a re-badge of another printer.

My only concern is that it only capable of using 2 types of filaments and of course spare parts and after sales support.

That is the same printer as the Monoprice Maker Select Plus that Fr. Robert Ballecer, SJ recently gave approval to on the show. This one and the Monoprice one are just rebrands of the Wanhao i3 Duplicator Plus. There may be some firmware differences, but it is the exact same hardware.

You may want to check out a YouTuber located down under known as Maker's Muse. He has a very large following and has a deep understanding of what goes into successful 3D printing. He has even reviewed the Aldi 3D printer.
