G+_Mike Trieu (MegasChara)
I understand a lot of people who enjoy TWiT also watch TV shows, and that on many shows hosts will discuss some of shows they watch ongoing, (Orphan Black comes to mind, Security Now's been mentioning it regularly for at least a month) but it gets annoying muting posts about things having nothing to do with TWiT, as such. I'd rather not block people who do this chronically, but unfortunately I don't know a way to filter these kinds of posts.? There are obviously other kinds of posts that also clutter my feed, but if I could find a solution for this particular case I imagine it works for others. I initially posted this as a comment but I don't want to call anyone in particular out. I have no problem with their content other than not wanting to see it. G+_Steve Dickey
Thanks so much for cluttering my feed with your rant. BTW thanks to #SN for recommending Orphan Black. Love that show!
G+_Eng. Jorge Santana
The Tv stuff gets posted on the frame rate discussion in this community maybe you can mute those posts...
G+_Prem Lee Barbosa
Jeremy Petzold there's so much more to life that I'd my Google+ feeds to not be annoying, that I might enjoy some of those things including but not limited to "hard core technology". Steve Dickey you're welcome, now maybe try being helpful?
G+_Brian Gilbert (Ned Jaco
You're asking for a way to automatically block all posts that don't interest you? I think Steve Dickey was merely pointing out that he'd like the same thing, but he knows he can't get it.
G+_Christopher McKinney
Thanks for screwing up this feed.
G+_Prem Lee Barbosa
Brian Gilbert I'm wondering if there are filtering functions, or some other solution. Perhaps the solution, as alluded above, is to mute/block people. That seems like the most anti-social of mechanisms. And given that this is the "discussion" section of the G+ community, I imagine Christopher McKinney that we're all just crazy here.
G+_Luis L (monkeyplague)
Just going out on a limb here, you could just ignore it and move on. I really don't understand how hard that is. I see stuff all the time I don't care for, I just move on.
