Hi everyone.  I have a question that I thought you guys might help me answer once and for all.  I am visually impaired and use iOS at the moment because it has accessibility features that allow me to use the iPhone independently.  The two main features that I use are text to speech (that reads most text I tap on) and the (three-finger double tap) screen zoom in that allows me to enlarge the entire screen and move around it so that I can see what I need.  Does the Samsung Galaxy S3 (or forthcoming S4) or the Note 2 have these features?  Any other comparable phone have these two main features?  Thanks for all your help.

Not sure if the GS3 has this or not, but in settings > Accessibility there's Magnification gestures and TalkBack.  I believe these are what you're looking for.

I'm looking at these on my Galaxy Nexus with 4.2.2.  I don't recall what version of Android the GS3 has, but I think at least TalkBack is there.  I also don't recall which version the magnificiation gestures came in, I want to say 4.2 though.
