G+_Jason Perry
I have a Synology NAS running as a NVR on my network and a TrendNet IP camera running in my kids nursery. The NVR has been running for a while with no issues. The other day I went to look at the camera and noticed it wasn't working. When I logged into Surveillance station I noticed the camera was in the disconnected section; but, when I went into the settings and tested the connection it still could connect to the camera. Question: I am obviously overlooking a setting somewhere, is there anyone who has had this problem that knows where to look?
G+_610GARAGE
Have you tried turning the camera off and on again. I have a network camera that sometimes dies and I need to go unplug it and plug it back in.
G+_Jason Perry
Thanks 610bob, Not sure what I did but it is up now. I think you are right even though the camera was "working," and I could connect to it and the NVR could connect to it I think a camera reboot might have been what fixed it.
