G+_Scott Perrino
Can anyone suggest a good podcast app? free or paid. i have been using sticher for streaming the audio of podcast and lately i find my self chrome casting the video podcast when i m home but i always have the audio play on mute so they sync up since sticher dosnt have video streaming. Any recommendations as to what is better and why?? thanks everyone!
G+_Patrick Landry
I really like Beyondpod on Android. I have the paid edition. If you are technically oriented and like having lots of control this app is for you. It has all of the features you'd expect. I really like that it syncs across all my devices (including my progress on a particular podcast if i stop part way through an episode). Lots of control for when downloading occurs and how many episodes to keep on your device. If you'd rather something simpler without so many settings I have heard many people suggest Pocket Casts. I actually purchased it after hearing so many recommendations but went back to Beyondpod. I don't remember the exact reason.

G+_Jeff Stevens
Pocket Casts is easily the best podcatcher for Android. Well worth the money.
G+_Steve Huffer
I use Pocket Cast. It's not bad, but I've had regular problems with losing my place in shows, or losing the show altogether. Plus the usual Android problems with Bluetooth connections and audio app selection.
G+_Kyle Turpin
I use Player FM and have no complaints. It handles Chromecast though I haven't used they specific function.

G+_David Celaya
The 4 dollars will long be forgotten months from now. Great app. Simple, uncluttered interface. Set when to download your podcasts as a whole, or individually, and what to do with them after you've heard them. Custom playback speed by 0.1 increments. I'm up to 1.9x for things like TWIT, and The Tech Guy. And as previously mentioned, you can set exactly how many seconds to jump forward or back for things you might not want to hear like ads or Johnny Jet. G+_Mark Hagel
You really should try BeyondPod. I have tried them all and I keep coming back to BeyondPod. It automatically downloads all my podcast and creates a playlist. Automatically deletes played podcast. I have yet to find one that matches it.
