G+_Eddie Foy
what is it? Looks like a wanna be social media-ish site but feels like a dating site. Almost like a MakedIn (linkedin)
G+_Jason Perry
The concept is a maker social media site, so MakedIn is fair.
G+_Eddie Foy
Is it an aggregate of projects on other sites?
G+_Jason Perry
I can't remember who the parent company is but this is a pet project of a few employees. The only connection to another site with respect to content is they are using Twitter's login credentials.
G+_610GARAGE
I was messing around with it, and it kinda looks like a wiki of makers. I made myself as a maker, but it looks like I can also make a page for any maker. Yea, that's not going to be abused. :) P.S. How is MakedIn not a thing? Eddie Foy You may want to snatch up that domain name. :)

G+_Phil Chung
The site is by Gina Trapani and co. (thinkup.com). The original URL was makerba.se so makerbase.co is a heck of a lot better!
