G+_Jason Perry
So here is my question. How cheap is too cheap? I know this is personal opinion but I just had a bad experience pulling network cable I don't want to repeat. I had bought a box of cable trying to keep cost down for a not-for-profit I work with and the amount of effort to not kink the cable was ridiculous! In writing this post I think I found my problem, copper clad aluminium. Warning to everyone out there learn from my experience buy bare copper wire, NOT copper clad aluminium network wire, I don't care how cheap it is, it is not worth it? http://www.primecables.com/en/c-1033-bulk-network-cables?sort_by=price_asc

G+_Jason Perry
Ben Reese I think the majority of there cable is from monoprice just in CAD. I would have to do the conversion add S&H and import to compare. But I get the feeling it isn't much different.
G+_Ben Reese
Oh yeah... Canada. I'm guilty of thinking everyone who speaks English online is in the US.
G+_Jason Perry
Don't worry, I said that and started looking at the numbers. I am starting to wonder if it would be cheaper.
G+_Jason Perry
Just spent some time looking at which option is cheaper. Here I am thinking, wow Ben Reese, might be on to something I think monoprice is cheaper, then I noticed that shipping would cost me an additional $70 which buried the $50 savings.
