G+_Jason Perry
I was just watching security now. Not happy to hear about Steve's problems with someone DDoSing GRC.com. I just thought i would mention it here because I am sure there are many people who would want to follow it. It is sad to hear Steve talking about the possibility of having to dramatically change his business to protect himself form attacks like this in the future. G+_Ben Reese
Yeah, I listened yesterday. Totally stinks when someone feels the need to attack an individual like that.
G+_Larry Havenstein
I still don't understand why the attacker hasn't made some comment to Steve.
G+_Ben Reese
SQRL sounds amazing. It just worries me a bit that you have a single key to keep track of forever. Not that it can't be done securely - just that it won't. Normal people won't be able to comprehend the private/public key pair ideas.
G+_John Phillips
What's to be gained by attacking GRC? Makes no sense
G+_Rud Dog
What has happen is sad and would hope this kind of thing could be addressed as Steve mentioned in his cast but due to the amount of processing power needed don't think it ever will happen. G+_Keith Mallett
"monkey123"?!?!?! Hey Ben Reese that's better than what I've been seeing... "password" is the one I've seen the most.... https://www.teamsid.com/worst-passwords-2015/
G+_Ralph Mills
Saw the same episode I think Steve was amazed at the scope of the attack of 10-13Gb/s which is definitely overkill. Steve said a DDoS of just over 100Mb/s would have brought his website down. Glad that GRC.com is back up.
G+_Gilbert Knarr
I hope that someone figured out who did it. Probably not but it would be nice if they did. I'm glad GRC was back up today.
