G+_George Kozi
What the heck is going on with the live streaming? It buffers like crazy to the point where you either kick the computer in the shins, or you stop watching. ... and no, it isn't my connection to blame... I got 60 Mb/s down, and watching videos from elsewhere is OK... ... and I thought they were gonna kick flash into the trash...
G+_Jack Zhang
You'd be surprised how node congestion can affect streaming. I thought I was getting 50Mbps down one time the stream started spasming, but it was a "upgrade" in the area that oversaturated our node and I was only getting 17Mbps/50Mbps down. That completely affected my ability to stream Flosoft 720p to the point where it dropped down to 400kbps for the HLS streams. Couldn't even watch a 2Mbps 1080p livestream when I had an oversaturated node.
G+_Dan Phillips
Try another stream. Also there could be some routing issue between you and the TWiT servers which also causes this.
G+_George Kozi
it seems to be alright now. When it is wonky, it's wonky on all the streams...
