G+_Jason Perry
So let me get this straight. Project fi you pay $20/month for unlimited talk and text. And $10/GB/month for data?
G+_Rud Dog
It is 30.00 dollars a month but if you don't use any of the 1GB data you are billed 25.00 for that month. Believe it is like 1 dollar off your monthly bill for each 100MBs you don'ts use from your data plan. I don't use data all that much just for google maps when out and about and emails. Oh and this is off the top of my head haven't looked at the plan since I got it. Talk and txt I believe is correct.
G+_Rud Dog
So think what I will do is keep the landline in parallel with the OBi setup and gradually start passing out the new number to those in need. Figure after about a year of testing and transferring to new number I can cancel, if happy, the landline forever.
G+_Jason Perry
Rud Dog?, do you use hangouts at all?
G+_Rud Dog
Can't say I have. Just looked at it via google search and appears to be video, call and messaging but don't know much about it.
G+_Jason Perry
It seems anyone with a g+ account has it. If people don't post contact info that's the only way to private message someone. You should check it out.
G+_Rud Dog
Got the box in setup no problems although did not setup old land line. About the only thing surprising, it a tiny little box 2.75" X 2.75" X 1".
