G+_George Kozi
I wish Google would put their damn music store up in The Netherlands... Otherwise I will be forced to go back to itunes, and I really don't want to do that. If Apple can sell music in The Netherlands, why can't Google? #google Larry Page Sergey Brin
G+_George Kozi
Apple did it... So it's not impossible.
G+_George Kozi
and by the way, regulations are not a bad thing. They are rules set up for everyone to follow. Without regulations, you get Enron and Lehman Brothers.
G+_George Kozi
That's a snarky remark. You assume corruption.

G+_Daryl Hunt
There was no corruption, Apple are just better at getting deals done in good time than Google. It is like why can I buy an Apple device almost the day it's released in the US and yet it takes many months if at all for Google devices to be sold in Australia. The new Nexus7 is a perfect example. I am not anti Google but they really need to do something about this for those of us living outside the US
G+_George Kozi
Apple may also pay more attention to its non US clients. Google has a tendency to consider the rest of the world as something that you keep warm on the back burner.
G+_Daryl Hunt
I don't need to prove it. It was you that accused them of corruption, so it on your head to prove that corruption took place.
G+_Daryl Hunt
George Kozi Google keeps the rest of us on the drip feed. As long as things are sold straight away in the US that is all that matters to them. It's not really a good attitude for a global corporation to have. G+_George Kozi
A chromebook costs here the same amount of currency units as in the US... nevermind that the Euro is a lot higher than the dollar... They probably think nobody notices. And no, it's not transport costs... the stuff comes from China and goes either east or west.
G+_George Kozi
some day, people might just do that, and it would be a pity.
G+_Stephan Powell
I think Google is getting better at providing services outside the US but it is their weak spot. I try to think that the US as their testing base. This is why I just got the nexus 4, I know the 5 will be out soon but I do not expect it to be available for months after release.
