G+_Jan Winter
Great article on Samsung's strategy to ditch Android. #Tizen http://www.forbes.com/sites/gordonkelly/2014/06/02/the-master-plan-why-samsung-is-ditching-android/
G+_Joseph Cappellino
I will probably not buy another phone from them unless: a) it has on-screen nav (really?!?! still?!?!) and b) I can get it without TouchWiz sans root.
G+_Ryan McCarty
Samsung without android is an experiment I don't feel like taking part in. The worst part of the Samsung experience us their bloatware apps and mediocre launcher. The rest of it is android. Get rid of the android and I'd be looking elsewhere. G+_Zulhaimi Abdul Hamid
It might work in Asia but for US and Europe, only if they can get Google's services to work on Tizen. I can tell you that not many people here in Asia bothered using Google services like Now.
G+_Jan Winter
Zulhaimi Abdul Hamid I think you're right. also the Russian and Chinese governments are not in love with US / Google services. but what are the key services - on mobile - that are used in Asia?
