G+_Jim Maley
So I got the SWANN QuadForce Video Drone. Now I would like to get a few extra batteries for it. I remember Father Robert mentioning them one time but I am unable to find that info., any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks
G+_Adam Torborg
If you look at the Syma X5C on amazon, I believe they are the same quad but with a different brand and paint scheme. On that page there will be some suggestions for battery packs. One that people mention in the reviews is a charger and 4 batteries. Maybe check for that one? G+_Fr. Robert Ballecer, SJ
Yup... Adam Torborg is right. They're the same -- You CAN go to Banggood and get a 5-pack (http://www.banggood.com/Syma-X5-16-X5C-3_7V-600MAH-Upgrade-Battery-Meal-p-941270.html) But those aren't the best quality... and you MAY have to leave the door off to make them fit. Better to jump on Amazon and pick this up: http://www.amazon.com/Generic-600mAh-Battery-Charger-Parts/dp/B00LK0DY3O/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1421660686&sr=8-4&keywords=x5c
G+_Jim Maley
So sorry, I forget to mention that I live in Canada. Amazon.ca does not seem to have this item. Would anyone know where I could pick up this in Canada, or someplace that would sent into Canada. Amazon.com will not send to Canada. G+_Taylor Graham
I bought the ones padre is linking to at amazon as well as the ones from banggood. The amazon packs weren't uniform in size at all. some packs didnt fit unless at really forced them in there. The banggood packs are better IMO, and cheaper. If you really cant order from amazon, go for the banggood packs. theyre great.
G+_Wayne Black
You might call one of the hobby stores in Canada and see what they have. Someone like http://www.eliminator-rc.com/ (phone: 1-800-870-6346) or http://hobbyhome.ca (phone: (905) 482-8411) You would have to have UPS or FedEx do the shipping ($) as lipo batteries can't be shipped through the USPS or Canada Post. Maybe that's where you ran into trouble with Amazon U.S.. See if Amazon U.S. will ship by UPS ground. I bought these from Amazon: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00LSEG678/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o08_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 They ended up being the Syma blue type and have proven to be great batteries.
