Leo Laporte Lisa Kentzell Shouldn't TWiT have a Makers Show? Know-How is heavily computer oriented, but the Maker label is a lot broader than that.

The Maker mentality and movement seem to be gathering steam, and it could be the next boat that shouldn't be missed. Now it is still moored  in port, but it won't stay there for long.

Leo sometimes says with a melancholic look on his face that he missed the Twitch style streaming boat... I'd hate to see him say the same in a year or two about the Maker thing

I was thinking or something even broader. Recently I saw that cool gigantic mouse... well... desk mat on TWIT... something like that.

And there are other things too. I'm sure geeks are very creative even when it comes to stuff that doesn't plug in. They develop board games, storage solutions, knit android hats, design  Apple t shirts, build practical furniture for the office,  etc etc etc.
