RIP Syma

 

No video to show but I am super bummed I flew my quad to close to a big firework (we're talking Indian reservation fireworks) and it must have been hit by debris or sparks because it lost control and tumbled away into the woods and is probably still blinking up in a tree somewhere.

 

I just needed to vent to somebody that understands! Have a great holiday everybody!

My Syma was stuck in a tree about 70 feet up for about 2 months, while I built my 450 class and made plans to rescue it...long story short, a huge storm blew it into another tree about 20 feet up and I was able to rescue it. Since I had my 450 class built I gave my Syma to my neighbors kid who loves flying it. Happy ending for all!

Try loc8tor in your quads. Works great when you are in the crash area.
