G+_Rob Yesta
What to you think about a combo ESC box? looks like a cleaner install. Only negative is if one ESC fails. Do ESCs really fail that often? http://www.ebay.com/itm/EMAX-4-in-1-SimonK-25A-Brushless-ESC-w-UBEC-4-x-MT2213-935KV-Brushless-Motors/390894695440?_trksid=p2045573.c100033.m2042&_trkparms=aid%3D111001%26algo%3DREC.SEED%26ao%3D1%26asc%3D28797%26meid%3D00a78bef311f4753b25949d253d7d110%26pid%3D100033%26rk%3D1%26rkt%3D4%26sd%3D390894695440
G+_610GARAGE
I wouldn't simply because I don't see how it would keep cool. Most of the time, the esc is placed directly under the rotor. this keeps the esc cool. But this esc would need to be placed in the center of the quad. Also while I wouldn't say that escs fry easily, if properly sized, they can. For example, if your quad gets stuck in a tree and you try to rock it out, but one of the rotor is stalled, that stalled rotor will fry the esc.
