G+_John Sullivan
Always thought that it was a bit chaotic trying to read the posts here, what with them displayed in two side-by-side columns, and not always in proper order. Accidentally discovered that by shrinking the window horizontally (dragging right edge to the left), all the messages line up one above the other. Much better. G+_Jim Hofmann
Agreed! Yea there's a lot not to like about G+. You can't tell when a new response has been posted unless you have posted to the original post. Iguess I could open every post to see if there's anything new ... NOT. Thanks for the tip. G+_Black Merc
You must be on a desktop... My android app does not have that problem. However, i did have a simular experience with twitter on the desktop. These two must be geared toward the mobile crowd to be so useful on mobile and disjointed on desktop. G+_Jim Hofmann
Hmmm? Correct, I use my Laptop while watching Twit. I'll see if G+ has a iOS app :) and give it a try.
G+_Jim Hofmann
Nope. Still sucks. Just smaller. ?. Ohh, but we get emojis. Yea? ?
G+_John Sullivan
Black Merc: yes, on a desktop. When I drag the right hand column to the left far enough it eventually stacks all posts vertically, which is probably the default view when a handheld device is detected. G+_Akira Yamanita
Oh, you mean like the way Google+ looked when it first launched? lol There were a lot of complaints as soon as they added multiple columns. You can actually change the setting. Look for "Restrict stream to single column layout on all screen sizes" under Settings. Unfortunately, the stream won't necessarily be in order. G+_Jim Hofmann
Agree. But I'm someone that likes info density. I want to know at a glance if a new response has been added to a post. I want to scan 10, 15 posts on a screen. If I want more info (pixs) then a click. Not a click on every post to see whatz up :). Back on the laptop, no Emojis.
