Has anyone had success with ordering from readytoflyquads? I placed an order for the KH250 kit back on January 16th and followed up with multiple emails but no response...debating if I should keep waiting or go to PayPal to see if I can get my money back?

From what I've seen on this community, there are very mixed results from RTFQ. Padre and others have had decent success and some communications with the owner, while others have experienced the same as you or worse. Seems like a decision you'd have to make. It seems like a small operation and KnowHow probably sends them a lot of business they wouldn't get otherwise.

 

Really sounds like he needs to hire some part-time help just to handle customer relations if nothing else.

Start the claim with PayPal. He will not reply to your emails.

Not at computer so I can't give exact timeline. I ordered 80% of 150 quad mid week after business hours. Took a day to process and ship. Got it beginning of next week. I would guess he probably is way swamped "howhow" probably was great for business. But Padre probably should have given a heads up. I'm still waiting on ordering the fpv gear for my 150 last I checked still out of stock. So his suppliers are also slow.

I've bought a bunch of stuff from RTFQ and honestly not really had issues. Only issue I had was I bought two sets of nylon rotors from them only to find I ended up with 7 CCW rotors and only 1 CW. Not sure if they pack the blades or buy them in bulk, but other than that always had fast shipping and good quality parts.
