I haven't been able to download any win 10 beta to mess with any version I get to about %6 then it stops downloading then times out is there some trick I'm missing I'm on win 7 64 bit pro and I've tryied the three big browser even ie %6 and stop even using proxpn or tethered through phone so what's the deal?

Worked for me. Not much new to see though, it looks just like 8.1.

Try to use an Ethernet cable instead of wifi.

Try a download manager. They have resume support, which I use for downloading any large files on my slow connection.

 

Free download manager is one I use?d before I got my synology NAS, which has the same functionality built in.

I've signed up with microsoft have an ethernet connection and when I try to download any iso file no matter hyper v, server, enterprise, or win 10 pro it always just stops before ever reaching %10 I get 5mps down 1 up till local isp upgrades the equipment on their side that's a radio on a water tower to a parabolic dish mounted on a 40+ foot tower we own so from a parabolic dish what appears to be coaxial cable to radio modem/firewall to a poe ethernet to our router and of course area internet service over subscription for them to provide what they promise at peak time. No other isp for any reasonable price for that much or faster we're paying $50+ a month for what we get. :(  & AT&T just laid a fiber trunk across the corner of or property we had no rights about it wish I could splice into that without getting caught any suggestions Fr. Robert Ballecer, SJ ? how to get the software iso files or whats wrong with my internet access stopping the downloads?

Sounds like the files are too big for that system to handle.  Have you tried using a download manager that splits up the download into lots of smaller parts to do it faster?  In your case it might not be any faster but might be able to finish successfully.

Yaeh if only they weren't keeping an eye out for my van in the parking lot from other times I was trying 2 hide my ip 3:) Did you know you can have deliveries made to hotels! However I haven't had a chance to try that yet since the   nohands in Tnohands refers to me being a quadriplegic due to an SCI caused my whiplash and finding help to do that is hard and I've got to pay by the hour, but thanks for reminding me of that trick I'll try to remember that next doctors appointment
