The Reports Of My Death Have Only Barely Been Exaggerated. So I've still have Ideas (good bad) and questions about them. So first 2 questions first one is about drones, Fr. Robert Ballecer, SJ I was thinking of a drone with small pontoons for water landing and take offs (perhaps do some drone fishing ha ha :D ), well seriously I thought why not water landing drones and thought why not use compressed helium (He) in the pontoon. The concept would be obviously to reduce weight and not provide lift. Would that be legal to fly with compressed gasses? Of course it might be fun to play with Hydrogen (H) for epic drone battles, fun idea but most likely illegal. Second question for the community is myself and others could use some small parts for adaptive tech for people with physical disabilities and Wondering if there are people out there with 3D printers that would be willing to print out some small pieces such as mouth grips or smartphone kickstands and mail them off to anyone that will pay for cost of material and shipping. No adaptive device or part can be sold as such without medical approval and in many cases needing medical insurance so they they can't be made and sold for any profit and not mass produced unless you tend to go into business. So I've told others about my proposal and they can check this post to see if anyone out there is willing to lone some of their time on their 3D printer and help out with repairing or prototyping so quick adaptive tech, for those that can't pay an arm or a leg because they've lost an arm or a leg for the simplest things because of med insurance and profit, please leave a comment so others and myself can contact you. However due to my current health situation I myself may need some time to get well enough to participate. Not at my best I can't get any project started or finished especially when I pay others to be my hands and have to choose between extra healthcare, basic necessities, and medical supplies that insurance won't cover and choosing hobbies and/or projects instead. For now I need to focus on getting well enough to do basic activities again but if there's anyone with a disability that needs something printed out or people willing to help those with disabilities that have a 3D printer and time PLEASE leave comments below and work with each other till a better arrangement for contacting each other can be made. Sharing print designs so others can download and print would be a great idea, maybe in the future setup a know how maker community page for projects like that can be done and collaborated on and links with design downloads can be shared not just for handicapped adaptive tech but for any maker project on a lack of resources and budget. What do you think Fr. Robert Ballecer, SJ could know how set up another community page for  the know it alls to use for project help and collaboration with each other it's a little overwhelming for me to orchestrate something like that right now, but it would be very helpful to many people out there especially with the mindset of the know it alls in the know how community. Could something like that be set up Padre?

This sounds alot like mesh manufacturing. Instead of a supply chain, you have a supply bucket. :)

I like this idea. I don't have a 3d printer, but I could maybe help out in other ways, maybe community management or something. I also have a mill and a lathe if someone would need a one off for a prototype made out of metal.
