G+_T Nohands
I get a lot of people (mostly family) and being No Hands I use a lenovo X220 convertable touchscreen with Win 7 Pro and a mouth stylus so when someone to look at / fix their computer or mobile device I have to stop them and say Seriously! So Fr. Robert Ballecer, SJ is there a FREE way to access another device through my machine so I can use my touchscreen interface and look/operate the other machine by serial or network connection? I also wonder if my win 7 and teir win 10 will be a problem?

G+_Dan Hockey
If it's only windows then remote desktop might work. Otherwise VNC for everything else, but it's more complicated to setup.
G+_Chris W
Not exactly a universal or easy solution, but would one of the usb touch pads work? I know it would be hard to see the screen, but if the computer is working at all, it should recognize the pad with no need for a driver install. G+_T Nohands
Jason Perry I have friends running linux and XP as simple servers. Will it not only work cross platform and different versions of windows? Also can it be used with admit privileges? It would be nice to access a machine by password instead of needing someone to hit confirm so I can do things on my time permitting instead of both of us finding the same time. Can it be used on a closed intranet as well as over the internet? I really wish I could run spinrite over the network (on our machines) so I can just setup a spinrite server to use on NAS drives and in machine backup drives without having to remove the drives and bring then breakdown machines that are on the other side of the physical distance my network spans.
