Anyone know anything aobut accessories for the KH250, like new controllers or gps or anything geeky to share? https://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/uh_viewitem.asp?idproduct=52863 https://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/uh_viewitem.asp?idproduct=52863
G+_Adam EL-Idrissi
I'm curious about the camera and pan/tilt.
G+_Eric Berger (Eric B)
Apparently they include the pan/tilt, but they list the camera and xmit/rcv gear for that as extra.
G+_Michael Heinz
Correct. I bought this kit, it came with the structural parts for adding the pan/tilt but no instructions on how to use them or recommendations for the servos and camera/transmitter. Other than that picture, I've never seen anyone actually use them.
G+_Michael Heinz
(Seriously, if anyone has a tutorial on building the pan-tilt for an FPV250/260, I want to see it....)
G+_Michael Heinz
Interesting. I don't know that I'd do it upside down, though - I'm running 6' props, it would be embarrassing to pan right into a prop...
G+_Michael Heinz
(and I still can't figure out where I'd mount the transmitter...)
G+_Mr covert
It's a waste putting a pan tilt on a 250 class. Just a fixed camera with a 10 degree up tilt will be the best for fpv.
G+_Michael Heinz
The only bits that come with the kit are some some carbon fiber structural parts that make up a tilting platform and a lever-arm for connecting the tilt servo to the camera. You have to provide your own servos. The final result looks similar to the one you linked to. http://www.hobbyking.com/mobile/viewproduct.asp?idproduct=12875
