G+_Richard Fleites
I'm pretty sure that people who look at reviews on Yelp know that 1 bad review is an outlier. The majority of reviews are typically spot on.

G+_Bob Marshall
Has no effect on my life, I have never heard of Yelp, and never heard of, let alone tried, a meatball sandwich. Are these american constructs?
G+_Ned Jeffery
That article was infuriating, and I've never used yelp before in my life! Not only is that practice extortion, but it's also anti-trust and truth in advertising violation. I'm not sure if I can trust another U.S. based aggregate rating system ever again. ? G+_Derek Anderson
The solution is for more businesses to get this word out and yelp will lose all credibility. I've already stopped using it. As they threatened a friend's family owned rest. with bad ratings unless they bought ads. Screw them.
