G+_Randy Hudson
Hrmmm.... doesn't it have to involve a financial transaction to be a commercial concern?
G+_Bobby Coggins
This is crazy. Are they gonna ban all videos uploaded by people who put cameras on kites? On Paramoters, hang gliders? What about people who film from ultralights (which require no license to fly)? If this happens, there are plenty of other video platforms, namely twitter, facebook and vimeo. If it comes down to it, I'll roll my video service and say, "Screw you, #FAA ."
G+_Timothy Waters
The must not have heard of something called "freedom of speach" which includes video.
G+_Todd “GovGeek” G
Are my RC plane's videos also banned from posting? This is nonsense at its finest.
G+_Edwin Braun
Air space is highly restricted for a reason ! You can not do what you want. Freedom or not.
G+_Chuckie Canuckie
I guess they'll be asking Google to censor drone videos, but they can push out the fear videos with beheadings like reality TV.
G+_Dylan Durdle
Video posters on YouTube are one checkbox away from commercializing their videos. Therefore, posting the videos can generate revenue and is, therefore, commercial use.

G+_Gene Rampale
My videos are from a small camera slung from a helium balloon. Not sure where all that buzzing is coming from, bad wire or something.
