I have an old Nokia Lumia 1020 (OS 8.1) which I was wondering if I could give it another purpose and use it as a Web Cam, I would like to be able to stream the video to my Samsung Galaxy S7, any ideas on how to go about this?

I don't have a Windows Phone and haven't used one, but I'd start with an IP Camera app like this one: microsoft.com - Win IP Camera – Windows Apps on Microsoft Store

 

Beyond that, maybe there's a way to Root the 1020 and run Android? XDA Forums would be the place to look for that.
