G+_Chris Hightower
Is it just me, or has Know How changed from a general tech 'how-to' show into a 'how to podcast' show? ?
G+_Chris Hightower
... and don't misunderstand me. I enjoy the show and learn something from every episode, but there seems to have been a lot of segments on podcasting since Fr. Robert Ballecer, SJ joined the show. G+_Elizabeth Whitmire
It's viewer driven. Submit more ideas if you want more variety.
G+_Aldo Merino
Well, they do have some podcasting jobs to fill of late ;-)
G+_Darryl Schmidt
I really like the "new" Know How. Now it is what I thought it was going to be when it first started. No one is playing dumb for the camera :-D
G+_Derek J.D.
I'm avail for podcasting :-) I'd really like to see Know How projects use more open source or free software and hardware designs as that really promotes community...
G+_Fr. Robert Ballecer, SJ
Elizabeth Whitmire is absolutely right. We listen to what our viewers tell us. We received a lot of calls for podcasting information. In fact, we still have AT LEAST 6 podcasting-related items on tap. (Chromakeying on Adobe Premier, Field Recording, Studio Lighting, Studio Sets, Sound Abatement, Editing rigs for Adobe Premier) Those will be spread over a few months, but remember that the idea of "Know How 2.0" was to have shorter segments that could be bridged over multiple episodes. But Chris Hightower ... we moved to this format EXACTLY to make sure that there was "something for everybody" in all episodes... what do YOU want to see (seriously.... you specifically... I'll see if I can accommodate). Peace, Padre
G+_Ben Delano
I love the variety in the episodes, but once the podcasting series is done will you put all the segments together into one video? Maybe just put it on the YouTube page or something, not necessarily back in the feed, but somewhere we can find them all once they are all done? Not to mention other series you will likely do in the future...
G+_Fr. Robert Ballecer, SJ
That's what I was hoping to do. But right now I need to focus on creating twice as much content as I previously did... :) We'll get it sorted.
G+_Lance Lovett
I would prefer how-to...
G+_Fr. Robert Ballecer, SJ
Well the last one was a little "How-To"ish. :)
